Responsible entity and issuer
The Responsible Entity of the ME Investment Funds is Super Members Investments Limited (SMI -ABN 61 095 974 100, RSE L0001151, AFSL 231230). SMI is also the responsible entity of the IRIS Super Income Stream.
A number of leading Australian and international investment managers manage the investments in the ME Investment Funds on our behalf.
'ME' in the 'ME Investment Funds' product name is an abbreviation for Members Equity, recognising the fact that SMI is a part of the Members Equity Group of companies (one of which is Members Equity Bank*). Both Members Equity Bank and SMI are owned by Industry Super Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 71 119 748 060), which is owned by a number of major superannuation funds.
SMI Ltd is solely responsible for the statements made on this website.

Privacy Statement
SMI Ltd respects your privacy. Protecting your personal information is important to us and is required by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We must handle your personal information in accordance with a set of National Privacy Principles.
We only collect information that is necessary to administer your investment in the Investment Fund(s). By this we mean managing your account and providing you with information in relation to your investment as required by law.
We have appointed a specialist administrator along with some other organisations such as investment managers and an auditor to provide services to you on our behalf. They are authorised to use your personal information under the strictest confidence for the purposes of administering your investment in the Investment Fund.
Your personal information will not be used or disclosed for any other purpose without your consent, except where required by law. For example, our Administrator is required to report certain information to the Australian Taxation Office for tax related purposes.
The personal information collected by us includes your contact details, date of birth and Tax File Number (if you have chosen to quote it). Over time, this may be supplemented with financial and other information necessary to administer your investment in the Investment Fund(s).
We have stringent security measures in place and the staff that handle your personal information have the knowledge, skills and commitment to protect it from unauthorised access or misuse.
As an investor, you may ask to see the information we hold about you and to have it corrected if required. There is no charge for this service.
